• Yes, we do! We specialize in longer stays and have hosted Collies for up to 3 months. Please book through our booking page. For stays of 14 nights or more, transportation for Metro customers is free of charge.

  • No. We are a fully insured pet provider. When you sign-up you will be required to sign-off on our Terms & Condition and liability clauses. In the unlikely event there is an injury we will seek medical attention with our local vet and immediately contact you.

  • Our farm is home to chickens, sheep, guinea fowl, ducks, and alpacas, providing a unique experience for your Border Collie.

  • Yes, we do! Contact us for information on arranging a time to view a herding sessions.

  • 100% we will be happy to welcome you and your Collie when you arrive.

  • Life on a farm includes all creatures great and small. This includes snakes. While we keep the property managed to reduce snakes they are around. Keep in mind we have never had a close encounter.

  • We understand travel plans can change and we will do our best to assist. Extra nights will be billed as per our standard rates.

  • Our Farm Stay is fully inclusive. We are able to fully cater for all your Collies needs. However we are happy to use any items that you think would make their stay more comfortable.

  • Yes, we provide daily walks through our City Play Days program, designed specifically for Border Collies. Think of it as a fun gym session that physically exercises and mentally stimulates your Collie.

  • We offer three convenient options for bringing your Collies to the farm:

    1. Half-Way Meet-Up: Meet us at Yarra Glen Recreational reserve for a small pickup fee of $70 (each way).

    2. Door-to-Door Service: We pick up and drop off your Collie at your front door for a fee of $150 each way (Metro). For Regional we will provide you a quote.

    3. Farm Drop-Off: Drop off your Collie directly at the farm.

  • After a year of hosting Collies, we've learned that unneutered males can be aggressive, pee way to much and disrupt the pack. Therefore, we only accept neutered males. Female Collies do not need to be neutered.

  • We specialize in Border Collies and welcome the following types:

    • Border Collies

    • Australian Shepherds

    We do not accept purebred Kelpies. If your Collie is a Collie-Kelpie mix, it must exhibit more Collie traits than Kelpie traits (generally we can see this from a photo).

  • Yes. The more info we have the better we are prepared to host them. We will send you a booking form once your stay is confirmed.
